1. Nature of the app

Essence Cut AI is a desktop application that helps creators turn videos and texts into short clips, story videos, documentaries, social posts and articles, and publish them to their own accounts. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You publish only to accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you comply with each platform's terms and community guidelines. Prohibited: distributing content you have no right to use; content that violates platform policies or the law; spamming or abusing API quotas; reverse-engineering the app or the backend; bypassing platform safety systems.

3. Your content and responsibility

Everything you import and everything the app produces remains yours. You are solely responsible for what you publish, including compliance with copyright and fair-use rules in your country. Features such as the copyright shield reduce automated matches; they are not a legal guarantee.

4. Third-party services

Publishing uses the official APIs of YouTube / Google, TikTok, Meta and Blogger, and optionally Buffer; voices use ElevenLabs or Gradium; images may be hosted on ImgBB; AI answers come from your own AI provider account. Their terms apply in addition to these: YouTube, Google Privacy Policy, TikTok, Meta.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful uploads, or that integrations keep working when a platform or AI provider changes its site or API.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or from content you publish through it.

7. Termination

You may stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or a connected platform's policies.
